Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, Rabiah Duncan is a seasoned Brand and Marketing professional who has partnered with CEOs, executives, and organizations to elevate their brands through campaigns,  strategic partnerships and masterful negotiating.

 

Rabiah launched her career in the wine and spirits industry which eventually led to her working on special projects for Smirnoff & Circoc Vodka. While also promoting parties throughout New York and New Jersey, Rabiah developed a reputation for building and maintaining key relationships. She quickly learned how to solicit brands for sponsorship in support of high profile events, venues and the celebrities that frequented them; New York Fashion Week, 40/40 Club, BB Kings, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Meryl Streep and Stephen Colbert just to name a few. 

 

With over 100 key accounts in New York and special markets, sales grew significantly at Southern Wine and Spirits under Rabiah’s influence, as the Director of Urban Markets. After spending nearly a decade building wine and spirits brands through distribution, events and product placement, Rabiah later transitioned into global outsourcing and Human Resources, at Swiss Post Solutions as a Senior Client Specialist, subsequently managing multi-million dollar business portfolios for fortune 500 companies like Anheuser-Busch, Brookfield Properties and IMG.

 

Rabiah holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Music Business Management from William Paterson University. Her client list of mega brands include Absolut, Patron, Pernod Richard, Ciroc, Perrier-Jouët, Facebook, HBO, Proctor & Gamble, Walmart, Estée Lauder, Tesla, Audible, and Montclair Film Festival. Rabiah currently resides in Atlanta Georgia where she is a dedicated wife, mother and founder of The Mommy Grind, a growing global community of 45,000 mothers.
